About this role

1-year non-reimbursable assignment. The only compensation for this assignment is the federal salary you are already receiving. CBP Office of Intelligence, Confidential Human Source Branch Operations Manager Series Requested: 1801 or 1895 Security Clearance: Secret Virtual/Remote: No Only current, full-time federal employees are eligible. Duties The Operations Manager will serve as a member of the Confidential Human Source Branch within CBP's Office of Intelligence. The incumbent will support law enforcement operations, investigations, and administrative functions related to confidential human source management and intelligence collection. This position is located at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC, and requires collaboration across multiple DHS components and federal law enforcement agencies.

Qualifications Qualifications required: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working in a multi-agency environment and collaborating with federal, state, and local partners. Previously prepared and presented briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership. Support training and professional development initiatives for CBP personnel engaged in confidential human source operations.
