Position Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports that turn business data into actionable insights.
• Partner with internal teams to understand their needs and develop analytics solutions that support informed decision-making.
• Build and enhance reporting and automation solutions using Python and Microsoft's Power Platform.
• Lead analytics projects from initial planning and development through implementation and ongoing improvement.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and optimize reporting solutions to improve performance, reliability and usability as business needs grow.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree. Major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI and business intelligence development. Python experience preferred.
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and troubleshoot data issues.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
