How scores work.
A match score describes how the evidence in your resume relates to the requirements in one job posting. It is not a probability of being hired.
Start with the evidence
Review supported qualifications, transferable experience and requirements that need confirmation. A skill mentioned in a resume does not automatically prove a required license, specialty or number of years. Missing evidence can mean something is absent from the resume, rather than absent from your experience.
Review before applying
Read the original posting and check mandatory qualifications, work location and employer restrictions. AI assessments can make mistakes. You decide which roles to pursue and which resume or cover-letter changes are accurate.
Saved results and service safeguards
Unchanged saved assessments are reused. Signed-in accounts do not have a daily workspace cap for job checks or resume revisions. Temporary request-rate and service-wide spending safeguards can still pause new assessments. Scores rank the jobs assessed in your search, not every opening in the catalog.
