We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to work closely with customers, Sales, and Delivery teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, design scalable solutions, and help customers move from AI experimentation to successful adoption.

As an AI Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers understand how Generative AI can address business challenges, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and create new growth opportunities. You will lead customer discovery and solution design engagements, develop business cases, deliver demonstrations, and support AI opportunities from initial qualification through implementation. You will also collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, secure, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges, existing technology environments, and high-value AI opportunities.
• Designing scalable Generative AI solutions across use cases such as knowledge management, intelligent customer service, content generation, data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Supporting presales engagements through technical presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, proposals, and solution documentation.
• Developing business cases and value hypotheses that clearly demonstrate the expected operational, financial, and customer impact of AI solutions.
• Collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable, and successfully transitioned into implementation.
• Monitoring developments across AI technologies and market trends to identify new customer use cases, solution capabilities, and growth opportunities.

What we need to see from you

• Experience in AI solution architecture, technical consulting, presales, or a similar customer-facing technology role.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, AI agents, and common enterprise AI use cases.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Llama, or equivalent technologies.
• Ability to translate customer business challenges into practical AI solutions and articulate measurable business value and ROI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to engage technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across Sales, Delivery, engineering, and customer teams.
