Overview Join the team as an R&D Packaging Intern 2027 and support the Packaging team in the development, testing, validation, and commercialization of beverage packaging solutions. Working within a laboratory environment, the intern will gain hands-on experience with packaging materials, performance testing, data analysis, sustainability initiatives, and innovation projects across PepsiCo's beverage portfolio. PepsiCo Internship Programme is 6-9 month program designed for high potential undergraduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. Responsibilities Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science / packaging /Chemistry / Microbiology / Engineering or related discipline. High degree of initiative, drive and motivation – working independently as well as a team player. Someone with critical thinking skills and motivated to continue when in grey space – R&D work (Flexible working style - able to deal with uncertainty / complexity) Good communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interest in Food and the Food & Packaging Industry, Innovation and product development Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Understanding of instrumentation, GLP, EHS requirements Excellent people skills with the ability to work well with others At PepsiCo, opportunity is for everyone.
