REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in Collections or similar roles Strong knowledge of billing procedures & collection techniques Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required) Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Problem-solving mindset High School diploma required
