What We Offer To Our Maintenance Technicians

* Pay: $24-27/hour (pay specific to 3Sixty Flats property) * On-call pay: * $150/week (calls or no calls) * Additional $150 per holiday on-call

Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified Schedule

* Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week) * Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician

* Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments * Assist with apartment turns and make-readies * Troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and carpentry items  * Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas * Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

What We’re Looking For In A Maintenance Technician

* At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience * EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) * Hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC systems * Experience diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems * Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work * Ability to independently troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently * A reliable team player * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

Physical & Technical Requirements

* Reliable transportation * Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.) * Ability to drive a golf cart * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round * Ability to climb stairs and ladders * Experience using hand and power tools * Background check required
