At SOL, you’re part of a collaborative, clinician-centered team with the structure, support, and tools to do your best work. This is a hybrid role that should be located somewhere in our current DMV market (DC, Alexandria, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Baltimore, Arlington, Frederick)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

WHAT YOU BRING
* MD with an active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. * Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain without restriction). * 3+ years of experience providing medical direction and supervision, particularly with Medicare patients. * Board certified or board eligible in General Psychiatry. * Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric Psychiatry or Consult/Liaison Psychiatry is preferred. * Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) participation is preferred, but not required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Provide Structured Care Review (SCR) to primary treating clinician through systematic case review and treatment plan oversight (average of 32 review hours per week and 6 to 10 patient reviews per hour). Focus on Medicare patients in market. * Recommend any treatment adjustments, including specific medication and lab/imaging/study order recommendations, treatment plan adjustments, or advised clinical protocols directly with the primary care provider * Provide high-quality, evidence-based care * Work with adults, young adults, and/or children * Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions * Complete timely, accurate documentation
