* Before starting employment, must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. * For Engineering disciplines, must have passed the FE exam. * Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. * Strong collaborator who works well on a team. * Willingness and ability to work in a BGE office
