Compensation and Benefits*
* Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time * Paid training and mentorship * The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $85 per visit
Requirements
* Active Physical Therapist license in good standing * BLS CPR certification * Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes * Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
